My Mentors

309445_10151075470057619_918734057_nMr. Prafulla Kumar Singh and Mrs. Kavitha Krishnamurthy Singh Doting parents who have always done what they thought was best for their kids. Ranvir’s choice of passion was something that we were able to identify at a very early age. Thanks to our ability to give all the time we could for our kids, it is looking to shape into a promising career for Ranvir. The 1st time he drove the kart he rammed it into the side tires. He was just 5.5 years old and he got scared of the jerk and jolt from that crash. We knew he is a strong boy however wanted him to decide when he will sit in the kart again. He said he wants to go back home. Team Rayo kept their cool and suggested we take him back home that day instead of coaxing him to get back to the track. The next morning he woke up and said he wants to go back to the track and drive again. Well that was it and then there has been no turning back. He has bumped the kart and bruised himself several times but he is always ready to get back in the kart and show his zeal again. Ranvir is a bold and adventurous child and believes in his driving. He idolizes every racer in the racing arena. He soon hopes to enter the big racing tracks that he sees on TV however he is aware that practice leads to perfection. Rayo and Steve keep him grounded with his driving and make him aware that to win he needs to focus. Ranvir’s passion for karting day by day kept our spirits up and we never felt a single day that it was not worth it. As parents we also feel that its important to let Ranvir know that losing a race is also part of sportsmanship and that gives you an opportunity to improve on your mistakes and be a learner through out. We also keep Ranvir posted on behaviors and habits as a sports person, we inculcate the practice of Ranvir appreciating his seniors, peers & juniors in the sport so that he feels he is part of this whole big family. He is blissful with blessings and wishes of our whole family and friends. We hope someday he can set an example for children his age to take such sports on as passion and career.

A Future Champion

“Ranvir first came to our Rayo Racing Academy as a very enthusiastic 5 & a half year old. It was very evident immediately, that Ranvir had a lot of talent. In addition to his talent, Ranvir's unending energy & hunger to race are the perfect ingredients for a future champion. At the very young age of just 7 years, Ranvir’s victory in the JK Tyre IndiKarting National Series has proved his immense potential. With age on his side, I am confident that Ranvir will continue to mature & do our country proud in the future.”

Out of all these Ranvir Singh is a special talent that shines. At only 9 years old with little to no experience at all, his ability to adapt to techniques along with his understanding on and off the track is remarkable. Ranvir is definitely on to watch in the future.”
